Each package has a different follow-up period.
Online support
By email, WhatsApp, the REM Nutrition app and Google Meet; the number of follow-up visits depends on the programme selected.
Online check-in
The patient is responsible for submitting the requested information every two weeks by email or form for the fortnightly check-in.
Meal plan
The meal plan is sent by email and can also be downloaded from the dedicated REM Nutrition app.

Before payment
Subscription packages spread the cost of a package that could otherwise be purchased in one payment.
Mandatory payments must still be paid in the event of early termination, except where there are documentable medical reasons. To protect consumer rights, charges continue until the user clearly and directly states their intention to terminate the consultation service.
